If you don't know, Ipswitch also has a site called FTPplanet.com. There are a whole bunch of resources there for users of FTP (particularly beginners) and related resources for webmasters, bloggers, auctioneers, etc.

There are some discussion forums over there as well, that have been active for over five years. You might be able to find your question already answered...search and see!

We also have a blog that we (try to) post to every week day and a bunch of tutorials.
