i need to export some of my sites that i have configured with ws_ftp i forgot some of the passwords for the login's and wanted to know if i can export them somehow?

if possible i want to export my entire list of sites in my database :] i have all my sites i want to keep under a folder and if possible i would like to export the folder with all the sites under it and be able to import them sometime later back into ws_ftp
