I recently upgraded my ICS server to 2.0. The premium antispam configuration options do not show up under the imail administrator as mentioned in article IM-20040412-DM04. Has anyone seen this or know how to fix it.......

When you ran the upgrade, did you sselect the premuin AS to install? It will not be installed by default. Run the change remove from the add remove programs and select modify not repair.. Make sure everything you want installed is checked.. You will have to run any HF's again

i have this problem as well..... still no fix!??

Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling ICS premium, and afterwards going back to the setup "modifying", checking and unchecking the premium antispam... doesnt get installed though

help!

Can you find the StarEngineService.exe under imail folder? (if you were upgraded from imail)

Can you find "Star" folder under imail system?

Has the "StarEngineService" service been started?

If all above are yes, your Premium Anti-spam option is working.
