I installed ICS about 1 month ago.  Put the Workgroup share program on about 60 computers for our company, made sure to open the firewall ports on all machines (all running XP SP2) and went on happilly knowing future upgrades would be a piece of cake... not so.

I just installed the latest upgrade to ICS and opened the Workgroup Share administrator to begin updating all the clients.  For some reason no machines appear in the list for the Remote Upgrade.  What's wrong?  About 40 of the computers are within my LAN, the other 20 are remote via VPN connectivity.
