| Hello all, I got a confused question, recently Queue manager always in "Stop pending, even I tried to stop/restart, there is no response, I had to restart the computer. I got the following message as below, 07:02 12:24 SMTP-(1702015300000051) processing d:\Ipswitch\Collaboration Suite\IMail\spool\Q1702015300000051.SMD
07:02 12:24 SMTP-(1702015300000051) Err - Exception handled in Rules, Step - 0 Rules step - f162628
07:02 12:24 SMTP-(1702015300000051) ERR 005 - Send message thread exception handled Step = 11271213
07:02 12:24 SMTP-(1702015300000051) ERR 005 - Fatal error - shutdown started I removed the email with ID:1702015300000051, but actually I don't know how to avoid this case next time, would someone help me? Any help would be appreciated!

| | I dont know why this happens, but i know a way to tackle this without a restart. From the task manager End Process th Queuemgr.exe service and then start the service. Vibin Shaju / Kuwait. |
