Where does Ipswitch hide the error code explanations?

I'm trying to find what "failed, error #1003" means and the 2 links I found on their site don't show that number range. Help, anyone? Thank you.

Seconded,

the code explaination used to be in the transfer window ut it has dissappeared ... bad move by Ipswitch. Another negative for useability.
