1- Sound alerts for the web interface that work from all views and do not repeat themselves for devices that have already alarmed.

2- Pop-up alerts for the web interface, not just the console.

3- Better "State Summary" screen that can include a count of all devices and the green/red highlighting. So a user can get an easy glance of how many things are down without having to scroll down the page to go through all the sub-maps. (We could do in WUG.)

4- Passive traps given the ability to disable an active alarm, so that we can have icons changing color based on certain passive traps. (WUG feature, lost in WUP.)

5- Add an icon state for "device down" rather than just going to red. So we know that an interface, for instance, is down rather than the entire device. (WUG feature, lost in WUP.)

Has anyone else submitted any of these feature requests? I'm curious how many others are hoping to see some of these. Not sure how hard the guys at IPSwitch look into adding features without a bunch of people requesting them.

Thanks!

6- Passthrough authentication, so users can login via Internet Explorer without having to enter their username and password. WUP already can authenticate against ActiveDirectory, it's just a matter of integrating it for passthrough authentication.

Thanks!

7. Ability to actually use % monitors - like monitoring drive space availible, etc.. The way to make it work now requires 3rd party products, and I CANT get it to work at ALL.

8. Remote console capabilites.  The web interface for admin users if very limited, compared to the full console side. I think it would be useful to have a "client" application that had the full features of the full console, but does not require you to be logged ONTO the server itself.

(I agree with 1-6.. )

Ability to make the ping timeout lower than 1 seconds. This could be useful do diagnose problems on the network and do performance tests.
