I like the Mailbox Splitter tool, but I must select each file I want to split.  I can't even select a user, so their Main, Sent, Deleted, etc would all be trimmed down.
Is there a way to trim an entire domain?  We just instituted a policy of only carrying two years worth of email in each account.  Will I need to go through each account manually and do this?  And if so, some have 8 or 10GB or deleted or sent email, will I need to select those files individually too?
Thanks.

The mailbox splitter wasn't designed to expunge messages.  The message expunger on the other hand can expunge messages older than X amount of days.  See the KB article below on details how to use it.

Nice, but would be even better if it would save the "expunged messages" to a new mailbox, like "oldmessages.mbx" or something.  Then we would have some sort of "auto archiving" built into the system.

Well, you can split the mailbox then expunge the mailboxes as well.
