Is there an easy way to print out user lists for lets say, my office manager, to have an updated list of every email address?

When using the native IMail database, no.  (Extracting data from the other userbase options should be self-explanatory.)

However, Martek's IPlus (http://iplus.martek.net) is one way to get a clean list of such data.  There are other utilities on the IMail add-on page.
