| How do I terminate a transfer mid-job? I started by transferring the the contents of a folder on our remote server to our local hard drive, but when I discovered how long it was taking I decided to delete the entire directory. I tried to stop the delete but now the transfer manager shows at 37% complete and it's hung up there, despite shutting down Ipswitch and starting up again. It also says that it's still in process but there's no activity. Thanks, Kerry

| The envelope please, and the answer is..... In the Transfer window select the transfer in progress. Right click and select Pause. Then right click it again and a new menu appears with a Delete transfer option. As unintuitive as this is I recommend that this instruction be included in the Help file. Key words: delete, transfer, terminate, cancel, and or stop. Kerry |
