How do I terminate a transfer mid-job?

I started by transferring the the contents of a folder on our remote server to our local hard drive, but when I discovered how long it was taking I decided to delete the entire directory. I tried to stop the delete but now the transfer manager shows at 37% complete and it's hung up there, despite shutting down Ipswitch and starting up again. It also says that it's still in process but there's no activity.

Thanks, Kerry

The envelope please, and the answer is.....

In the Transfer window select the transfer in progress. Right click and select Pause. Then right click it again and a new menu appears with a Delete transfer option.

As unintuitive as this is I recommend that this instruction be included in the Help file. Key words: delete, transfer, terminate, cancel, and or stop.
