| Are the missed conversations linked in any way to the conversation store and the number of days that are retained? We have some users who only log in on occasion and they may have 100+ missed messages. If they attempt to view the messages the client times out and does not display any of them. The error message is as follows:
"Failed to read protocol version.
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond."
I also have a few people who get a the following message:
"Failed to copy message to temporary file"
Where is the temporary file located that it needs to copy to?
We are using version 2.0.1.55
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
