WUP reports interfaces are down when they are not. Tried auto-discovery and manual while adding the router.
snmp viewer works so I know snmp gets in. Can ping the different interfaces from the WUP box
What am I missing?

Have you checked "SNMP Managable Device" on the Device Properties | SNMP?

I have the snmp enabled with the verified read community. If I auto discover a device it finds all the interfaces but never reports them as up. SNMP viewer sees them properly. I made sure that snmp and ping can reach the monitored device froms the WUP box.
Unfortunately I did enough mucking around that the auto-discover no longer works so I have to work that out

I'm having this same issue. I like getting paged to be notified that the server has been unresponsive even though it has also determined that the box is up.

I'll post here if I run across an answer to this issue.

Regards, Bill
