| Setup SQL 2000, but Webmail login never works. Found the issue in IPswitch KB and changed all Imail service to run under administrator, but it still doesn't help. How come? |

| The tweaking of the service account is meaningless, despite the KB note to the contrary. The important part is getting the connection string right in your ODBC setup, which will be using SQL Server (not NT) authentication. Show us the string you're using and we can see whether it looks right. --Sandy

| dsn is mail.mydomain.com mail.mydomain.com;uid=mail.mydomain.com;pwd=mypassword It can create the mailbox and receive email, but login doesn't work, so the connection string is indeed working. |
