It appears that you have set your 'Unknown' category to tag as spam. This category is generally good email and should be generally set to take no action at all and let it pass as good email.
The main two settings that you want to filter against and take action for are Confirmed and Bulk categories. Bulk is relative to the type of business and emails that you receive, as mass mailed or bulk newsletters may get caught in Bulk. Confirmed is generally set to delete.
Restart Queue Manager and SMTP services after applying changes to this tab.
