The HELO will be the Official Host Name of the IMail virtual host that originates the mail.

Editing an OHN once installed requires editing the Registry (see the KB) or deleting and re-adding the virtual host.  However, since you've provided neither logs nor the HELO that you think other servers find suspicious, it's impossible to tell what your problem is.

You will have to establish (a) that the HELO is out of whack, and (b) that the erroneous HELO (i.e. one which does not have a public DNS A record pointing back to the server's public IP) would not be better fixed just by fixing your DNS.

Why just not to go IMail Administrator\localhost\Services\SMTP\Advanced [Hello Message] ?

although, it depends on your servers version

Dmitri is referring to area in which you can tweak the INCOMING server HELO banner.  This is _not_ necessarily what is presented to remote servers during OUTGOING mail sessions, and so is irrelevant to your question.

The way to tell what is being announced BY your server TO other servers is...to...look...in...your...logs.  Or to know what virtual host you're sending from.  Like I said.

You're very confused.

When an incoming mail session starts from a remote server to your server, your server answers with a 220 banner and the remote server sends an EHLO/HELO in return.  This is the "hello" banner you can customize in the box indicated.  For outgoing mail, this value is irrelevant.

When an outgoing mail session starts from your server to a remote server, your server waits for THAT server's 220 banner and then announces itself with its EHLO/HELO message.  This is linked to the virtual host that originally submitted the mail to your IMail server.

I think you need to take a step back, read the manual, and reconsider the way you're reporting your issue, which right now is all over the place.

Yes,I am very confused.

But the question is that I can receive the mail from other mail server but can send mail to that server.

In fact I can send mail to most of romote servers.
