| Hi there, I hope someone can help me here..
I have made a brand new installation of Imail 10.01.
Everything goes fine exept for one thing.. from the beginning, the starengineservice does not start.
At first I had a message that says:"Cannot start startengineservice, please, start it manually..." or something similar.
Even is I manually go in the MS Services snap-in and try to start it, it fails.
In Imail Admin, it also fails.
This is a new win2k3 installation with so far only Imail installed.
Can someone help me to find a solution to start this vital service?

I searched the KB and the web but could not find anything about this specific issue.

| Hi Kevin,
the problem is that the decimal update in this case needs a new or renewed license.
I am unable to install 10.02!
I will read my email. (I am in the middle of a installation now...)
