Hi all,

Pls see below figure, Due to imail 11 bundled with IM, so we start to use IM, but there's no ID can be found in the IM manager, even try to add user ID by manual is also not allowed, the "New" button" is unavailable. anotter method I have tried to add new ID in the imail sever first, as normal, it should be auto addde to IM manager(I have set all imail ID add as IM user) but still cannot find any ID in the IM manager.

BTW,we never use IM before, just started to use which bundle with Imail Server 11 version.

Hope you can help me on this issue.

Thanks

When Ipswitch IM is set to use the IMail User Database all user administration is done thru either the Console Admin or the Web Admin.

The only settings you can configure thru the Ipswitch IM Admin is the User Options for IM via the Default User Options Screen
