Hi all,

I have few WAN routers on the MPLS cloud at my regional offices. These routers has the SNMP RO string with access-list configured. I have allowed my Whatsup server in the access-list. When I try scanning these routers for interfaces, it does not detect any of the interfaces for Active monitors. However it can detect monitors like telnet, snmp, ping etc. The weird thing is some routers on the MPLS cloud can be discovered with the interfaces as active monitors and some cannot. Although all are with same hardware, snmp string and access-list.

Can someone help me on this.

Thanks
