Ok, so I have 2 almost identical Cisco 4006 switches. SNMP are configured the same therefore using the same SNMP v3 credentials.

WUG's result from monitoring Switch A works as it should be.
but
for Switch B, it shows all interfaces to be down. almost like it doesn't see it or can't read it. I thought it was a Cisco configuration but I tried using Solarwinds to monitor and it works just fine. Interfaces that are up are shown as up. Now, I'm trying to figure out how to make WUG fix this. Could this be a corrupt database? I'm stumped.

I don't know how to view debugging within WUG...

Are you using the exact same SNMP v3 credential to monitor both the switches?

yes, exactly the same. And the config on the Cisco side is exactly the same.

It actually authenticates fine and shows all interfaces during Discovery but as soon as I hit ok, every single interface shows down. I'm thinking it's corrupted in the database somehow and did all the maintenance on the SQL but it still remains the same.

Is there anyway to purge it completely from the database and start anew? It's really frustrating and every other tool I've tried shows the interfaces to be up via SNMP v3.
