| I am running IMail 10.2 with the collaboration enabled. I have Outlook 2003 configured to allow for the sharing of the calendars.
We are able to send meeting notices to end users but when the user responds "Accept" the meeting notice, they get a reply back with the following as an example.
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: Accepted: Consignment
Sent: 13/04/2009 9:52 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
'Mike (Last Name)' on 13/04/2009 9:52 AM
550 unknown user
The system but appears to be trying to resolving to a users first name and failing.
Any assistance with resolving this issue would be appreciated.
