I have IMail version 9.10.  When our voicemail server sends a .wav attachment to our email, it shows up as an embedded file and does not have the paperclip icon on the email.  We can open the .wav file just fine and listen to it but if we forward the message to someone else, the attachment is not there at all.  Please advise.

This situation is via the web interface not the end user's Mail client.  i.e. Outlook
