| Hi,
I have recently purchased WS_FTP Server with Web Transfer and have installed in fairly natively using the default DB. I am exexperiencing problem where each time I reconfigure something, be it a group or user addition / reconfiguration, all users are being refused access via the Web Transfer client with a Login failed. I can only seem to resolve it by either restarting the services or the entire server ?
Any advice would be appreciated.

| Can I get some more information about the configuration? What OS, what version of server, are you using the defaults during the server install, are you installing the WTM to the default website?
