I am building out a new server with ws-ftp-server 7 installed.  We have an existing windows 2000 IIS ftp server site tied to our active directory that I want to retire and replace with the ws_ftp_server 7 install, I want to do this over a downtime.  How can I tie the server 7 install to those existing AD ftp accounts and migrate the virtual directories from the existing windows iiS ftp server site to the server 7 build?

You won't be able to “migrate” any of your settings from IIS FTP. WS_FTP Server can pull users from AD, but you will have to manually create the virtual directory within WS_FTP Server and assign the users to the correct directories.
