| When attempting to install, the installshield wizard freezes at the end. Anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you solve it? Oh, and when I open the "close program" box, there's a selection there that says "unhandled exception". When I close it, the installshield wizard terminates.
I'm running Win98SE with 512megs ram, 32 meg vid card, so there shouldn't be a system issue. thanks for any help. |

| Thanks for ther reply, but unfortunately, that wasn't it. It says at the end that there's nothing else that can be done, other than to contact the vendor, although I don't believe ipswitch offers support for their demos. I had this same problem with Borderbunds Home deluxe suite 6.0. It's something to do with the way the programmers set up the installshield wizard. I ended up getting my money back on the suite even though I would have rather had a solution. I used ftp pro at a friends house and really wanted to buy it, but if I can't get a resolution before I buy, I guess I'd have to try another ftp program. I'll hang in there a little longer.
