| | Hello Verisign issued me 3 files: One p7b with both the verisign root and the server CA. One .crt and one .key. None of those can be imported in WS FTP, version 6.1 or 7, except a certificate when I'm extracting the server certificate from the p7b. (and it only work in the "Trusted Authorities" section where it should not be imported). Thus I'm unable to use the standardised Certificate issued by Verisign. Also, I need to know how to export the public key from the imported certificate (if it work...) Assuming WS_FTP is far from a cheap product, the SSL certificate were where the difference was made, but if we can't use certificate... (as it seem in this forum, nobody seem able to use SSL certificate at all ) |

| How did you get the certs from Verisign? Did they send you all the files? or Did you create a certificate using our server and send them the .csr from that certificate?

| | The certificate is actually imported in the Trusted Autority of the listener. It was generated via the .crt generated from WS_FTP and sent to verisign. |

| Are you stating that you created a new cert using our application, then exported the .csr for this cert and sent it to Verisgn to be signed and they sent you 3 files in return?
