"I use Firewall (of Windows), and open port 21, 23 to acces this server" are you referring to an FTP server or the machine running WS_FTP Professional?

If the machine you open the ports on is the FTP Server, Can you connect to the FTP Server and get a listing of the files using WS_FTP?

Can you paste the client connection log in a reply here?  It sounds like you don't have the data ports (default is 1024 and UP) open in the firewall.  Also, please turn off the Windows firewall and try the connection again so we can be sure that is where the connection is being blocked.
