First post here and fairly new to the software so forgive me if this doesn't make sense. Using FTP server version 5.05 and I am trying to create a new folder. It lets me create it ok but as soon as i navigate away from that screen the folder dissapears! Have been playing around with this for a couple of days and it is extremely frustrating! Help Please!!

Hi,

Are you creating a folder or a Virtual Folder?

Are you browsing to that location or typing in a location?

Is that location on the local FTP Server machine?

Mapped drive or UNC path?

Are you logged on as an administrator on that machine.

What account is the WS_FTP Server service running as?
