WUG users;

I need help with a Network Map I am trying to initiate. I need to know if it is possible to do the following;

-My network is configured that I have hubs in all 50 states + DC. I have successfully imported a topographical map of the US into WUG. From this map I need to give my NOC the ability to click on the icon associated with the State where a device state has changed. In this State there will be multiple users and subnets. Here is an example of a scenario, and how I want the notification process to occur; A user in the State of Florida has experienced a router failure, this user of course is in the State of Florida. Because there are multiple users in Florida I need the State Icon to change color to alert the NOC that there is a problem in that state. Once the NOC clicks on the Florida Icon, all the users in the state will appear and the failed user will be identified.

-Another issue: Is there a way to change the size of the device icons so that I can fit them into some of the smaller states off my parent map?

I have read the users guide repeatedly (especially configuring subnets) and it does not help. Can this be done?

Also: Are there any other reference guides or books on WUG out there?

Thanks for the help!

Technically you are in the WhatsUp PRO forum, there is a separate forum for GOLD users.  Are you in the right one?
