Tools->WhatsConnected,and got the error message.
I tried to setup whatsconnected tpp on two machines and got the same problem.
OS:WinXP sp2 traditional chinese

I get the same thing.  During WebEx last night, moderator (John?) suggested dl'ing and reinstalling with the latest.  Still doesn't work. Running Windows XP Pro w/SP3.
