Anyone have any experience with SNMP querying an iSeries behind a firewall? I feel I'm bashing my head against a wall with this one. It seems the iSeries accepts SNMP queries on port 161 but then replies on any random port above 5000 - fine if you're on the same lan but through a firewall? No chance we're opening up all those possible ports

Anyone got any ideas for a workaround or how to force the iSeries to reply to a single static port?
