| Hi everybody,
this is a result of test on a device :
SNMP check (Interface) for 192.168.1.202
OID=1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.1 Instance=65539 Argument=
ReadCommunity=default Timeout=2 Retries=1
Comment=
Constant Value Check: Polled Value=65539, Constant Value=1
Polled value(65539) DID NOT MATCH constant value(1). Monitor is DOWN
We can see that constant value is equal to 1,
but result say that DID NOT MATCH constant value (1)... what's wrong?

| | Did you try an interactive check (with the wug mib browser, or getif, or whatever tool ?) your message says that the query result was 65539 where wug would expect 1. I'm quite sure that you are not polling the correct oid...
Reading, writing and arithmetic - If you need to choose, please take option 1. |

| You are right, my error is stupid....
the polled value was the instance value.... so I was polling the ifTable oid, instead of operstatus oid... sorry for posting that kind of noob mistakes !!
