I am running v9.01 WS_FTP Pro to synchronise my backup FTP site overnight with my live site, using Schedule and Synchronise in WS_FTP. My live application only creates new files.  It never deletes files once created.

About one night in three the file counts are different on the two machines, because WS_FTP deletes some of the files copied on previous nights.

I am running a custom synchronise as follows:

Newer on Loc 1 - Delete from Loc1

Only on Loc1 - Delete from Loc1

Same on both - no transfer

Newer on Loc2 - Transfer to Loc1

Only on Loc2 - Transfer to Loc 1

Is this a known problem, or have I configured FTP wrongly?
