| | I need to create a script and I dont fully understand the commands. So here are my questions: Trace - What exactly does this do, and is it even needed CD - Is this just for the outside connection LCD - Does this work with a UNC connection MGET - Which way is it grapiing and can I make it grap from inside or outside MDELETE - Can I make it delete all of a file except for one particular of the same type, and where is it grapping Is there a way to email a notice after it has been completed? After re-reading my post I figured I would explain what I am trying to do. I am trying to send an order to a client and then receive an update back in. From two different locations. These come and go at no set time during the day. After sending, we of course archive the file and need to move it (or copy and then delete) to the archive folder located within the same location. Hope you can help. |

| | Trace - Shows you what the transfer is doing in the information window. CD - This is for remote directories LCD - No, tested and it failed to change the directory MGET - This is for outside or remote connections. This will download files from the remote. MDELETE - You would need to do MDELETE *.extension. Would recommend testing this of course. E-mails can be sent if you are using a site profile and the profile has notifications setup.

| There is an open defect report for using a UNC path as the local path in version 2007.1. I do not have an ETA for the fix.
