UI not working right on Win2003 64 bit system

Halp!

Just today purchased new copy of ws ftp pro (which I have used on an XP system great for some years).

Installed it on win2003 64 bit box...

And the ui is not working properly.

When I start it, I get two msgboxes that say "Never"

Then I get the splash screen... forever!

and no main gui...

If I then start the app a 2nd time, I get the UI, but the splash screen stays up....

I can't move the splash out of the way.

Big mess.

Please advise!

Please take a look at http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/WS-20060811-SP01.htm for more information. Your program file location will be C:\Program Files (x86)\Ipswitch\WS_FTP Professional on a 64 bit machine.
