| | My vonage e-mail has .WAV attachments. I can access them with outlook but when I go into the web interface I do not see them. It was ok before my upgrade. Anybody have any ideas as to how I can correct this. I need to use the web interface when I am out of the office and need to be able to get my phone messages in this manner also Thank you |

| | Harry, If possible please isolate (if mailbox is large) the message with .wav issue, and forward the mbx to: dwise@alpha.ipswitch.com

| For anyone that is having the same issue as Harry stated above, and is also running version 10.01, please contact Technical Support to receive the patch for correction.
