I have few questions if sombody can help me ....

1)Is there any option to export/ the maps into other computer ? (is there any option to save maps at all.....)

2)How can i creat a big popup windows to see the devices that falls down?

3)Is there any option to see whats happened to all over the devices in the last 1-2 hours (for all of them together - not each group), just who was down and when it go up ?

I need more info on what you want to do with the maps in order to answer the first question But you can create pop up actions under configure and then action library..then select new winpopup action and then you can type in what you want the message to say and then assign that action to the devices of your choice.....I don't think there is an option to view all the devices at one time..I have only found the group availabilty reports. I hope this helps a little.

Try using this in the message box....

%Device.Type %Device.DisplayName %Device.ActiveMonitorDownNames Active Monitors %Device.State %Device.StatusText() at %System.Time
