| | We get this Exception thrown error on a weekly basis. It does not occur the same time each week and I cannot pinpoint any jobs or monitors that create this error. To resolve the error I have to restart the Ipswitch services which obviously kicks everyone out. The error causes the following problems: 1. Large number of false errors 2. Lost connection to the polling engine 3. All notifications are suppressed The server will then have a popup error titled "MS Visual C++ Runtime Library" Message: "Runtime Error! - Program: \program files\Ipswitch\WhatsUp Professional\NMService.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the app's support team for more info." I hit OK on the message several time before it clears. The server is running on a 2003 SP1 dual 3.2GHz Xeon Hyper-Threaded w/2Gb of RAM and 1Gb NIC. Has anyone had to deal with this issue and resolved it? any help is appreciated. Thanks!
