Afew of our customers have complained about email.

It seems when you use firefox there is no problems.

If you use internet explorer everytime you click on a ebay message and then try to click on another one you get taken back to the login page.

Has any one else had the same issue? If so is there any fix?

We are currently running imail 2006.21.

thanks again

This has to do with some coding that email from eBay has included.

I have this on my list of things to look into as I myself have seen this, but I have other high priority items to attend to.

If this is an important issue to you, I suggest you contact Ipswitch support and if you do and get a ticket number, PM that ticket number to me and I will work with them on the problem.

"Developer found that email with a blank src value, which is an embedded image as follows:
   <img src=3D"" height=3D"1" width=3D"1">
this will log you out.

What I don't understand is that it doesn't happen with my testbox, with the same version 9.21 loaded up. Some setting on your server is causing this to happen. Will look into further when I have time." (Dina Wise) 10/28/2008 10:26:34 AM

"I believe that it was decided that your issue was minor enough to slip into the new release v10.02. I will confirm with you for sure later. A patch for 9.21 is not possible." (Dina Wise) October 29, 2008 7:24:26 AM
