It is necessary to add a Russian language in web the interface. Has followed all instructions of document CreatingANewLangFile.pdf In the interface there is error MISSING RESOURCE resourse name FOR CULTURE: ru-RU Help how to rectify the given error.

At the successful decision of a problem we will buy the full version.

In addition to translating all the existing strings to your new language, you need to add a new string to the file to represent your new language in the login page dropdown.  Add something like <data name="ru-RU" xml:space="preserve"><value>Russian</value> to your file and that missing resource string message will go away.   If you have other issues, post them here and I will be happy to help you out.
