| Whenever anyone sends an email to request help about a list, their request is rejected with the following message:
The Help Message for (listname) is for subscribers only!
The initial help request is from someone subscribed to the list. This problem is affecting all of our lists in multiple domains. The rejection messages are coming from the appropriate list-owner addresses.
Even the list owners are getting the rejection messages, if they attempt to send a help command to their list.
