| | I have looked all day trying to find a solution to this. I have read the forums that relate to this and it seems that none of the solutions work or apply. We had a drive failure and migrated our Imail to a new server. We are using Imail Secure Server 9.1 with a SQL database. We have not had any issues until today. We realized the when we set up a new mail account that account user can not load the default page in webmail. It logs them in then pops up an IE error message that says: Error Type: LoadXML Description: Incorrect XML After clickin ok the left panel stays blank and the top right panel just keeps spinning. Users already set up have no problem logging in. I have tried resetting IIS as mentioned in an earlier post and have ruled out an Access DB issue since we use SQL. I also tried resetting the thread count in the DSN. None of these suggestions have worked. Any help is greatly appreciated. |
