| I have a client whose attachments are being stripped from his messages sent via the browser based email on IMAIL. He can go ahead and send the message, the attachment is dropped however. I can login through browser and email him from my account on the same mail server, an attachment and he can get it. If he were to reply, it strips the attachment from his message. If he attempts to send a message and attach anything, it strips it again. He's not using any email client, Outlook Express or Netscape or anything. He just uses the browser login for IMAIL to handle all his mail. Any suggestions? He doesn't get an error message just this: Can not attach file(s): New+V+LogoEjpgB0. message delivered

| Are you using the same browsers on both machines? If it is possible to reach your clients workplace try to send the message from your account but with clients pc settings.

| I am having the same problems. They have tried it with both IE and Netscape. They have tried it on other pcs within the office. Only this one user is having problems and they are the only one using the webmail interface... I am stumped! |

| | Had a suggestion to remove all tmp and attachment files located in IMAIL/spool/web folder and that did the trick. I had to shut down services to delete all the tmp files, but after doing that and removing all tmp files and restarting services, the client could again attach documents without them being stripped from his messages. |
