Hi everyone,

My serveur is Imail 2006.23

Smtp configuration is set to : No mail relay. My users can send mails to remote servers because they are idetified by mail and password.

I have a lot of mail who are send to my local users by my mail server : it's possible to send mail to local users without beeing authentified.

Its a problem because my users received a lot of spam by this way.

I can't filter by ip because i have a lot of users who are conected from a lot of different places.

Is there a way to prohibit it ? (sending mail to local users without beeing authentified)

Thank you for your answer.

By difinition, your server MUST accept incoming email to local email addresses from the Internet. If that is not what you want, prohibit receipt of incoming email accept from authenticated users only.
