| | Hello, I've installed WS_FTP pro 2007.1 on one of our server. I cannot get the application to launch in terminal service mode. Couple of dialogue boxes appear witn "Never!" on it and when I click OK, the screen freezes in the splash screen. Any help would be appreciated. |

| | I'm experiencing the same thing on one of our Windows servers. I have also modified the Ipswitch registry to allow multiple instances. Any other modifications need to be made? |

| | I experieced this as well. I'm not using Citrix or Terminal server but I do connect to a server using RDP and then try to lause WS_FTP and I get the 'Never' box hang. I had found this solution once but failed to document where I found it. Then I run into the problem again. It took me a long time to find solution. However it is in the knowledge base: http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/WS-20060811-SP01.htm The solution works for me. Ken McClain

| | You are correct softbreeze that is the only solution to the Never! error. You must delete the file psapi.dll from the installation directory to get around that error. It appears the error is more likely related to problems that .dll has with IE7. |
