| | I've been using this product successfully since December. Last week suddenly it has refused to work. The program loads but then hangs. If I click on anything I get the NOT RESPONDING notation and the eternal hour glass. I've running Vista by the way. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the product but that didn't work. Can anyone help? |

| Wonderful! I have a product only 3 months old that suddenly won't work even after a complete uninstall and reinstall, and support won't help because I don't have a service contract. And this forum has very limited traffic and has offered no assistance. What a waste of money. Good-bye Ipswitch and Hello GlobalScape! |
