I am the security guy. My mail folks say that it is impossible to configure TLS on the Imail 9.23 server.

Please, someone, say it ain't so !

Imail is used in my environment as the primary mail gateway to/from the Internet, I am looking to enable TLS for session encryption.

TLS is supported. Go into your SMTP settings in Imail Admin. In the SSL section, just check Enable TLS.

SSL Settings
Enable SSL SSL Port:
Enable TLS

Well, it seems that Imail 9.23 will only LISTEN for TLS, not initiate.
