Using Imail 9.21

I'm pulling my hair out trying to block this leak. I have followed the instructions in IM-20021108-DM01, have relaying set to Addresses with only the ipaddresses for the local servers, and require SMTP Auth for everyone else.

But when I run a test at abuse.net, I get these results (I also show test 14 to show that all previous tests fail:

Relay test 14
>>> RSET
<<< 250 ok its reset
>>> MAIL FROM:<spamtest@[x.x.x.x]>
<<< 250 ok
>>> RCPT TO:<@americas-best.net:securitytest@abuse.net>
<<< 550 not local host abuse.net, not a gateway

Relay test 15
>>> RSET
<<< 250 ok its reset
>>> MAIL FROM:<spamtest@[x.x.x.x]>
<<< 250 ok
>>> RCPT TO:<abuse.net!securitytest>
<<< 250 ok deliver to alternate

Here's the log for that final attempt:

04:09 06:58 SMTPD(cb97016b00000009) [x.x.x.x] connect 208.31.42.77 port 54348

The only difference I can see between test 14 & 15 is that there is an exclamation point in the RCPT TO line. Can anyone help me figure out to close this door?
