I marked 2 options but I obtain all the same this error. The problem is there regrettably....
Does it belong of to the novel installed customer?

| I'm having a problem with updating the license to get a June 1st expiry.
I have my serial number pre-filled when I run the 'Manage WhatsUp Gold v12 License', but when I click next, I get the message:
"There is a general error with activation please try again or call technical support at (781) 555-1212".
I have noticed that the pre-filled serial number is truncated from that which I was emailed - don't know if that makes any difference (although I have noticed that this is the case in license.txt generated by WhatsUp as well).

Apparently there was some maintenance done to the licensing server yesterday that would have caused your issue . Can you try to refresh the license again? Thanks,
