Good day,

sometimes Whatsup Pro 11 ceases to read event logs from some server, not from all monitored servers. I suppose you already know this, and the solution is to reboot the Whatsup server,  but...

Where should I look to trace down this issue and restart the Whatsup server when this happens?

I cannot reboot the Whatsup server by routine because there is a graphical application installed, and it requires login and a mouse click to be started :w00t: .

I've already looked in the event log of the latest server with this problem, and in the event log of the Whatsup server with no results. The only way I get aware of this is when I casually look into some server log... and I see that there is some error not caught by whatsup. Since I rely on Whatsup for the event log control, this is a real issue for me!

Thank you very much
