| | I just upgraded from 2006.2 to 2006.23 and web login page is now extremely slow and then after a few minutes, i get the swirling graphics (star like) on the left frame and the right frame, but no email access. I assume that because the login took so long, that if i waited long enough, the other screen would eventually come up. Any ideas? |

| | have found the problem to be with permissions on the user folders under the imail directory. make sure IIS_WPG IUSR_<servername> NETWORK SERVICE users have full access to the user folders. This has fixed most of my users.... but there are still a few that I can't get to speed up. I will be calling support in the morning. |

| Is the user folder in the default location, or a different location? If different, you need to verify always that the appropriate permissions are added.

| First thing to do is to run a repair install. Especialy with V 9.23, it really goes through and checks permissions and fixes them if they are not set right.
